Why
Choose Us ?
PROFESSIONALISM - RELIABILITY - COMPETITIVE
RATES
When choosing most services, people will generally be guided
by the recommendations of others and by reputation. At F.E.
Perri & Associates (Also trading as Advance Surveys) we
get approximately 90% of our business through referral from
Estate Agents, Banks, Solicitors and most importantly from
our customers, and our reputation is second to none. Our track
record speaks for itself. Also, we have some of the most competitive
rates in the Dublin area.
WE DO NOT PUT A TIME LIMIT ON OUR INSPECTIONS!
We will inspect your new home until we are satisfied that
absolutely everything that can be done to protect your interests
has been carried out, whatever the time involved. Our surveyors
only inspect one property per day to ensure that you are getting
the time deserving of the massive investment that you are
undertaking. We take our business and your interests very
seriously.
After the inspection you will receive a fully professional
comprehensive, computerised, bound report in a timely manner,
providing you with clear and concise information on the property’s
condition and advice on any items or areas that require attention.
You will also receive advice on any further measures that
we deem should be taken to protect your interests. In the
case of a Snag List on a new property, you will receive copies
of the report for both yourself and the builder.
FOLLOW
UP SERVICE
Our commitment to you does not end once we have completed
your report. We keep all survey records on file indefinitely
so that you can call us at any time to help answer any questions
that may arise afterward.

BE
CAREFUL WHOM YOU CHOOSE !
ALL OF OUR SURVEYORS ARE FULLY QUALIFIED AND POSSESS THE RELEVANT
EXPERIENCE TO CARRY OUT YOUR SURVEY TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD. |
Without proper knowledge or advice on who they are choosing,
many inexperienced purchasers, through no fault of their own,
will choose an unqualified and uninsured “Surveyor”.
These supposed surveyors will often operate at ridiculously
low “bargain” rates to secure work, however, considering
the level of service that you will receive, you might as well
throw the money away, and more importantly, you will not receive
the information that you require regarding your investment,
creating obvious potential for disaster. Our advice is simply
to NEVER use an unqualified or uninsured surveyor.
Also, in the case of a new house snag list you should never
ask the builder for a recommendation on who to use as it creates
a conflict of interests. Many builders will have arrangements
with “snaggers” who will carry out a “soft”
snag list that is more advantageous to the builder than to
you.
