Development Monitoring / Supervision
Specialist project monitoring and advice are required when carrying
out works by direct labour or where a builder is not Homebond
Registered.
The function of development monitoring is to ensure that your
new house, extension or any number of works are carried out
in accordance with building regulations and planning legislation.
During development monitoring, interim inspections are carried
out at key points of the works. Certificates are provided to
our clients lending institution if required, to facilitate drawing
down of a mortgage.
On completion of the project, a certificate of compliance is
prepared, certifying that the works were carried out correctly
and to relevant regulations.
